I just bought an AIMZENIX AX360M keyboard and mouse adapter and it works perfectly. However, the device suddenly stopped transmitting Bluetooth signals. The device name no longer appears in the connection list of any cell phone or tablet (I tested it on several devices). The indicator light remains on and the device is powered on, but the wireless pairing function does not work. I tried restarting the adapter, disconnecting the cable, and deleting the device from the phone settings, but the Bluetooth signal remains absent. I would like to know if there is any command or key combination that forces Bluetooth to restore factory settings. Can anyone help me?
